Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final, and no refunds will be provided once a license key has been issued or activated.

Exceptions for Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund within 14 days of purchase in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: The Software does not function at all due to a technical issue on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same Software license multiple times.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at zendo.development@gmail.com.
  2. Include your Order Number in the email.
  3. Provide a clear and detailed reason for your refund request. If requesting a refund due to a technical failure, please include details about the issue and any previous communication with our support team.

Important Notes

  • Please note that depending on your payment method, any processing fees charged by the payment platform may not be refundable.
  • Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated, and you will no longer have the right to use the Software.
